Hail damage forces replacement.
We were contacted by Majestic Exteriors to inspect the 32 bay ridge light on this residence in Cherry Hills Village.
Besides the cracked pane in one of the bays the system reportedly had problems with leaks.
After inspecting this system there is obvious hail damage to multiple areas of the frame on both sides of the system that is compromising the seals around the panes of glass. This requires a full replacement to fix the issue and makes it a perfect candidate for our Multiple Application Glazing System (MAGS Bar).

The retrofit project:
The project is currently in progress. Details will be added when available.
Replacement will include labor and materials to remove the existing glass and structure on the ridge system, and replace with a Multiple Application Glazing System (MAGS Bar) on each side. The system will be a 32 bay system with two rows of eight bays on each side of the ridge. Solarban 70 glass will be used.
